Through a rollercoaster journey of struggle at a young age she came to find yoga, or yoga found her when she was 16 years old (see blog post on how yoga saved her life).
Naga has been a devotee ever since and continues on a deep journey of healing and self discovery.
With consistent and intense daily practice of yoga, Ayurveda, Ho’oponopono, sungazing, gratitude practice, meditation, visualization for manifesting and more, Naga made her practice her life.

She has completed many trainings and workshops including: A 200hr YTT with Sarah Trelease & Renee Sills, 100Hr YTT with Allison Alstrom, weekend intensive with Master in Naad & Swara Yoga Sri Shyamji Batanaghar, weekend workshop with Dr. RamKumar from South India’s Ayurvedic clinic Vaidyagrama, as well as her ongoing studies with Dr. Vasant Lad from the Ayurvedic Institute and Archarya Skanda Nichols from the Babaji Kriya Yoga Lineage.
